Are your items true to size?

Yes, our apparel runs true to size. Please view our Size Chart for additional information.

What is DTF?

DTF (Direct-to-film) is a printing process using specialized ink and film. We send the graphic from our computer software to our DTF printer. In turn, the graphic is then printed on a transparent film using specialized ink. The transfer is then cured and pressed. DTF is soft, durable and stretchy. However, it is heavier than dye sublimation. We prefer this process over dye sublimation as we are able to print on a variety of colors. This also ensures that our prints are always vibrant.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Our shop is MADE TO ORDER. This means that once your order is placed, we then print the graphic, press, and package. Our TAT (Turn Around Time) is 15 business days. Once we have completed your order, we will then ship it straight to your doorstep. PLEASE NOTE: once we have dropped your order off for shipping, it is now the carrier's duty to ensure that the package arrives in a timely manner. If you have any questions regarding your package after it has shipped, please contact your carrier directly.

Do you accept returns/exchanges?

Yes, we accept returns/exchanges within fourteen (14) days of receiving your item (this excludes final sale/clearance items) We will either issue a full refund (excluding taxes/shipping) or issue a store credit. To view our return policy, please click HERE

Can I receive a refund on a different credit card?

Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund to a different credit card.
